Refund Policy – Ankorz

We want you to be satisfied with every purchase. This policy explains when and how you can request a refund for products or services purchased on Ankorz.


1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refund requests must be made within 14 calendar days of purchase.
  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • Digital services may be eligible for refunds only if not fully accessed or consumed.
  • Refunds apply only to purchases made directly from ankorz.com.

2. Non-Refundable Items

  • Digital downloads and e-services once accessed.
  • Items marked “Final Sale”, “Non-Refundable”, or sold under clearance.
  • Services that have already been delivered or partially completed.

3. Refund Process

  1. Contact our support team at support@ankorz.com with your order details.
  2. Our team will review your request within 3–5 business days.
  3. If approved, your refund will be processed back to the original payment method.
  4. Depending on your bank, refunds may take 7–14 business days to appear.

4. Saudi Arabia Refunds

  • Refunds in Saudi Arabia will be issued in SAR only.
  • Refund processing follows the regulations set by the Saudi Ministry of Commerce.

5. International Refunds

  • Refunds for global customers will be processed in the currency used during purchase.
  • Currency conversion and bank fees may affect the final refunded amount.

6. Exchanges

Where possible, we may offer an exchange instead of a refund (subject to product availability).
