Refund Policy – Ankorz
We want you to be satisfied with every purchase. This policy explains when and how you can request a refund for products or services purchased on Ankorz.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
- Refund requests must be made within 14 calendar days of purchase.
- Products must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
- Digital services may be eligible for refunds only if not fully accessed or consumed.
- Refunds apply only to purchases made directly from ankorz.com.
2. Non-Refundable Items
- Digital downloads and e-services once accessed.
- Items marked “Final Sale”, “Non-Refundable”, or sold under clearance.
- Services that have already been delivered or partially completed.
3. Refund Process
- Contact our support team at support@ankorz.com with your order details.
- Our team will review your request within 3–5 business days.
- If approved, your refund will be processed back to the original payment method.
- Depending on your bank, refunds may take 7–14 business days to appear.
4. Saudi Arabia Refunds
- Refunds in Saudi Arabia will be issued in SAR only.
- Refund processing follows the regulations set by the Saudi Ministry of Commerce.
5. International Refunds
- Refunds for global customers will be processed in the currency used during purchase.
- Currency conversion and bank fees may affect the final refunded amount.
6. Exchanges
Where possible, we may offer an exchange instead of a refund (subject to product availability).
